The Galle Fort has several high quality recommended restaurants including: The Fort Printers, Pedlar Street, offers an alfresco courtyard dining experience of a Mediterranean inspired cuisine with fresh seafood. Amangalla, Church St, serves a continental cuisine and rice and curry in a beautiful dining room. Pedlar's Inn Cafe, 92 Pedlar St., serves tasty snacks such as toasted sandwiches and homemade chocolate brownies and cakes as well as lunch and dinner. A Wok On The Wild Side has innovative stir-fry Thai food a few meters from Pedlar's Inn. A new Italian restaurant, Allora, 47 Lighthouse Street, offers delicious pizza, pasta and salads. Crêpe-ology Restaurant, Leyn Baan Street, where one can enjoy delicious sweet and savory crêpes, salads, wraps, a wide variety of coffee and tea, refreshing Italian sodas, smoothies, and a daily selection of fresh baked cakes and quiches.
